Cancellation by Participants: All cancellations made by participants are subject to an administration fee of NOK 350 per person. The administration fee is non-refundable.

Cancellations made 14 days before the scheduled activity are eligible for a full refund apart from a non refundable administration fee of 350 NOK per person. Cancellations within 14 days of departure are non-refundable.

Weather-Related Changes: In the event of adverse weather conditions affecting safety, the activity may be rescheduled or canceled. Participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed once full payment has been received.

Payment Methods: We accept payment through our secure online platform.

Confirmation Email: Upon successful booking, a confirmation email will be sent to the provided address.

Health and Fitness: Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and suitable physical condition for the chosen activity.

Liability Waiver: All participants must sign a liability waiver before engaging in our activities.

Punctuality: Clients are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point at the specified time. Late or non-arriving clients are not eligible for refunds.

Complaints: Any complaints must be reported in writing within 5 days after the event. Complaints submitted later will not be eligible for financial compensation.

Rescheduling: Participants can request to reschedule their booking based on availability.

Guide Instructions: Participants must follow the instructions of our guides at all times to ensure safety.

Age and Health Restrictions: Some activities may have age or health restrictions. Please check before booking.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be processed within 5 days of the cancellation request and will be made to the original payment method.

Refund Exclusions: No refunds will be issued for services not used due to participant late arrival, early departure, or voluntary changes.

Data Security: Participant information is securely stored and will not be shared with third parties.

Communication: By booking, participants agree to receive communication from Tromsø Aurora Husky related to their booking and other relevant information.

Mandatory Insurance: Participants are required to have valid travel insurance covering personal injuries, accidents, illness, death, theft, and damage to personal belongings. Tromsø Aurora Husky disclaims responsibility for incidents not covered by travel insurance.

Risk Acknowledgment: By booking, participants acknowledge that all activities are undertaken at their own risk, and responsibility for personal injuries rests with the client.

Client Obligation: Clients with allergies or specific dietary requirements must inform Tromsø Aurora Husky before departure. The same applies to clients requiring special physical or mental support.

Cancellation Rights: Tromsø Aurora Husky reserves the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen incidents beyond the company's control, such as natural disasters, weather conditions, blocked roads, or labor conflicts.

Itinerary Changes: In the event of unforeseen incidents, the company may adjust the itinerary without providing refunds.

Fitness and Experience: The company reserves the right to turn away clients lacking the appropriate fitness or experience for the activity. No refund is given in such cases.
